Personalized, one-on-one support to help fathers address practical challenges and access critical resources for family stability.
Key Components:
Resource Navigation: Personalized referrals and support accessing services for employment, housing, legal aid, and counseling.
Advocacy & Coaching: A dedicated Navigator helps with resume building, court letter writing, and system navigation.
Emergency Stabilization Fund: Limited micro-grants for urgent needs preventing family stability.
Who It's For: Fathers facing external challenges that impact their ability to be fully present and secure for their children.
The Circle – Mentorship & Support Networks

What It Is:
A supportive community where fathers find fellowship, guidance, and accountability through shared experience.
Key Components:
Peer Support Groups: Weekly facilitated meetings organized by life stage (new dads, single dads, dads of teens).
One-on-One Mentorship: Matched with an experienced "Veteran Dad" mentor for personalized guidance.
24/7 Online Forum: A safe, private space for asking questions and sharing support between meetings.
Who It's For: Any father looking for community, understanding, and peer-to-peer encouragement.
Adventure & Bond – Father-Child Activities

What It Is:
Curated experiences and events designed to foster fun, connection, and positive memories between fathers and their children.
Key Components:
Seasonal Adventures: Camping trips, fishing derbies, museum outings.
Creative Connection Workshops: Woodworking projects, cooking classes, art workshops designed for pairs.
Weekly Game & Sports Nights: Gym nights, board game cafes, father-child sports leagues.
Who It's For: Fathers and their children (ages 3-18) looking for structured, fun ways to connect and make new friends.
The Foundations Program – Engagement & Education

Build Your Parenting Toolkit.
What It Is:
A core curriculum of workshops and classes that provide practical parenting education and personal development for fathers at any stage.
Key Components:
Core Workshops: "Communication & Co-Parenting," "Emotional Intelligence for Dads," "Discipline Through Connection."
Skill-Building Modules: Financial literacy for families, stress management, positive discipline techniques.
Format: In-person cohorts and virtual options. Led by licensed facilitators and seasoned father mentors.
Who It's For: Fathers and father-figures seeking to build a strong foundation of parenting knowledge and self-awareness.
Eligibility Overview:
Our core programs are open to all fathers, grandfathers, foster fathers, and male caregivers of children (any age). Some specific activities have age recommendations for children. No family is turned away due to inability to pay. Sliding scale and scholarships are available for all programs.
The 3-Step Enrollment Pathway:
Connect: Fill out our brief Interest Form online. A staff member will reach out within 48 hours.
Conversation: We’ll schedule a friendly, no-pressure Welcome Call to learn about your goals and recommend the best starting point.
Choose Your Path: Together, we’ll register you for your first workshop, support group, or appointment with a Navigator.
